SVA
The SVA stands for student volunteer army and it is a program for students to volunteer to help with the people clean up the inviourment after a earth quake hits. it started off with 200 people but now there's about 75,000, the person who started it was a guy named Sam Johnson and hat he wanted to do was help the environment grow and help it by cleaning up liquefaction issues that resulted from the first earth quake.
